Nature Day in Masca

After breakfast, you will travel to the town of Garachico, where you will have free time.
This charming town was a trading center in the 16th and 17th centuries, as evidenced by its
typical Canarian architecture. Afterwards, you will ascend via El Palmar to the former pirate
village of Masca, where you will have free time. From here, you will travel to the peaks of Erjos
via Santiago del Teide towards El Tanque. You will stop at the Garachico viewpoint, which offers a
fantastic view of the town. Garachico was devastated by the eruption of the Arenas Negras volcano in
1706. Later, you will visit Icod de los Vinos, home to the famous and legendary thousand-year-old
dragon tree. The return journey takes you along the stunning coastal road back to Puerto de la Cruz.
Teide National Park
Las Cañadas – Landmark of Tenerife

Your excursion begins after breakfast. Ascend to the northwest with a viewpoint stop.
Continue to Teide National Park via the island's mountain range. Then proceed to the viewpoints
"Queen's Shoe" and "Finger of God" (short stop for photos), which offer breathtaking views of
Teide National Park. Afterwards, you will traverse this impressive national park, "Cañadas del Teide."
Return via Aguamansa to the Orotava Valley with magnificent views and a short stop in the picturesque
old town of La Orotava.
